Job Summary
The Manager of Administrative Operations supervises personnel and operational matters for the School of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences (HASS). The Manager works with the Dean to develop and implement administrative and operational policies and procedures as well as develop and implement planning and quality initiatives. The Manager will represent the School of HASS on administrative affairs to the Rensselaer Community and will serve as a resource to faculty and staff to ensure consistent administrative and operational practices that comply with Institute policies. The Manager will actively participate in the short and long range performance planning of the School and will lead the development of training for administrative staff.
Minimum Qualifications
»Bachelor's Degree
» 3 or more years in Three (3) years of significant professional work practice or significant combination of education training and professional work practice.

Expected hiring range: $73,000 - $85,000
Pay transparency disclosure: The selected candidate's income will be determined located on factors that include the available budget, internal equity, and the final candidate's qualifications, practice, education and other job-related credentials. This hiring range is provided as Rensselaer's good faith estimate of the expected hiring range at the time of posting.
