Landscaping Team Leader
Benson Enterprises is a well-established landscape design/build company serving the Greater Rochester area for over 35 years. We’re seeking an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to oversee maintenance crews and ensure properties are serviced efficiently, professionally, and to our quality standards. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys organizing work, supporting their crew, and delivering consistent results for clients.
What You’ll Get
- Pay: $25–$30/hour
- $1,500 signing bonus ($500 at 90 days, $1,000 at 180 days)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a landscape maintenance team
- Oversee mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, and clean-ups
- Ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards
- Train and support team members
What We’re Looking For
- Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License required
