We're seeking a Product Manager to manage our future software licensing products, from developing data-driven business cases and financial models to defining the complete product offer and pricing strategy. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development, marketing, and sales teams to launch new products, drive adoption through comprehensive training, and ultimately maximize profitability and customer value.
Through comprehensive knowledge of the software licensing market, competitive
landscape, SMB (Small and Medium Business) and Enterprise customer requirements,
distribution channels and Zebra offerings, anticipates market and customer requirements
for assigned software product(s).
This role requires a minimum of 3-days per week on-site in any of the below Zebra locations (2 days remote):

Responsibilities:
Responsible for complete product offer definitions, technical and operational
following Zebra’s New Product Introduction (NPI) process, coordinates post launch
activities such as sales support, bid and quote support and customer presentations.
- Monitors financial performance of software licensing product lines and makes
- Works autonomously to develop and present business cases by completing supportive
Lifetime Value (LTV)) and authoring slides and delivering presentations to internal and
external audiences, routinely including senior management.
- Monitors and reports business metrics against plan. Recommends metrics to assess business performance.
- Develops documentation of product and market requirements.
- Owns product lifecycle management for assigned software licensing product lines
of life plans.
- Sets the pricing strategy, including defining subscription tiers, usage-based models, and promotional offers to maximize customer acquisition and profitability.
- Recommends promotion strategy by working in collaboration with Product Marketing
- Provides recommendations to influence SMB & Enterprise strategy to meet market
value proposition.
- Delivers product training to sales, sales engineers, technical support and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Works closely with development teams to oversee new product development validating
- Identifies beta site targets, drafts and implements plans.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree REQUIRED
- Minimum of 5 years of experience REQUIRED
- Software Licensing experience REQUIRED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's with a STEM or related degree strongly preferred
- Advanced software licensing market knowledge
- Demonstrates full knowledge of a development process, understanding the unique
relationship between scanner hardware and its firmware and software. - Intermediate P&L knowledge
- Demonstrates strong customer service
- Strong attention to detail / quality
- Strong interpersonal skillset
- Strong business acumen
- Demonstrates good judgment in decision making; applies knowledge and experience to guide decisions

Salary: USD 96800.00 - USD 145200.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
