Receptionist/Front Office adjunct
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.Clifton Park Office
Compensation $19.00 per hour
Looking for a qualified individual to assist in all aspects of maintaining a professional front office in a busy preschool setting.
Receptionist/Front Office adjunct will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks, including but not limited to:
» fielding and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff member
» filing, copying and faxing of sensitive information
» greeting visitors and directing accordingly
» mail distribution
» flow of correspondence
»Data entry
»Scheduling appointments/meetings/tours/evaluations as directed.
»Other tasks as assigned by manager
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
