Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities for Conference Services and Events Coordinator:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and conference room users, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Coordinate all meeting and event logistics, including room setup, catering, AV requirements, materials, and signage.
- Manage reservations and event details using Rendezvous booking software to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide on-site event support, greeting guests, overseeing logistics, and resolving last-minute needs with professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to confirm event details and ensure flawless execution.
- Maintain organized event records, reports, and layouts using Visio and other internal systems.
Qualifications for Conference Services and Events Coordinator:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate hospitality, reception, or event coordination.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Rendezvous, MyKastle, or similar systems preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-pressure, professional environment.
- Polished, dependable, and discreet, with exceptional attention to detail.
