Leasing Agent
Love sales and helping people find their perfect home? We’re looking for a high-energy professional to join our team. You’ll lead property tours, manage social media marketing, and provide top-tier service to our residents.
What You’ll Do:- Drive occupancy through tours and lead follow-ups.
- Manage lease files and applications using Yardi.
- Build community through exceptional customer service.
- 1+ years in sales, retail, or hospitality.
- Strong communication and MS Office skills.
- A professional, results-driven attitude.

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities
- Sales & Leasing: Generate traffic, answer inquiries, conduct tours of model/vacant apartments, and close sales to meet occupancy goals.
- Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing resident needs or issues promptly.
- Administrative & Operations: Process applications, prepare lease documents, conduct background checks, and maintain accurate records in Yardi .
- Marketing: Update social media platforms, assist with marketing outreach, and maintain knowledge of local competitors.
