Senior Project Manager - High End Residential Construction

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - HIGH END RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION
Industry leader in custom residential construction is actively seeking a senior-level Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
Run multiple high-end, custom residential projects at once, accountable for schedule, budget, and quality.
Orchestrate subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews to keep jobs on track.
Partner closely with the Estimator.
Provide timely project feedback to sales so clients receive consistent, accurate updates.
Direct and support Site Supervisors. Ensure Buildertrend logs, photos, and updates are current.
Manage cost codes, POs, and change orders in coordination with the Production Manager.
Lead weekly job reviews, anticipate risks, and resolve issues quickly.
Uphold site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10+ years in high-end residential construction, with at least 5 years in project management.
Strong organizational skills: subs, vendors, crews, and schedules.
Clear communicator who collaborates well with Sales for consistent client messaging.
Proven ability to deliver high-end, custom residences.
Digital fluency: Buildertrend (or similar ERP), Google Workspace, estimating tools.
Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and effective at running multiple complex projects.
