A modern luxury rental property in Queens is seeking an energetic and personable Part-Time Leasing Associate to assist with apartment showings, lead follow-up, and leasing activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for college students, aspiring actors/performers, hospitality professionals, or anyone with strong people skills looking for flexible part-time work with bonus upside.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours for prospective renters
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, text, and email
• Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
• Assist prospective tenants through the application process
• Maintain a professional and welcoming experience for visitors
• Coordinate with management regarding leasing activity and availability

Compensation

• $18/hour
• Plus bonus opportunities

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with prospective tenants
• Organized and responsive
• Prior sales, hospitality, customer service, or leasing experience is a plus, but not required
• No real estate license required

Schedule

Flexible part-time hours available, including weekends.
