- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, handling communications via email, phone, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about our services and guide users through our platform effectively.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Gather and document customer feedback to help our product and technical teams improve the user experience.
- Contribute to the development of our support resources, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.
- Uphold the company’s values and brand standards in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or a similar role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- A high degree of empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other standard office applications.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, or behavioural science is highly desirable.
