Countertop Installation Technician
Roma Tile & Marble is a family-owned Syracuse company with over 65 years of experience delivering high-quality stone and tile craftsmanship. From our 50,000+ square-foot showroom and fabrication facility, we help customers bring their design visions to life.
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Quartz & Granite Countertop Installation Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering high-quality finished products in customers’ homes and job sites.
What You’ll Do
- Install quartz and granite countertops at residential and commercial job sites
- Measure, level, and secure countertops for proper fit and finish
- Safely transport stone materials to and from job locations
- Perform on-site adjustments, cutouts, and finishing as needed
- Work closely with fabrication and scheduling teams
- Maintain a clean, professional job site and provide excellent customer service
- Follow all safety procedures and material handling guidelines
Requirements
- Experience installing quartz, granite, or stone countertops preferred
- Background in construction, carpentry, or fabrication a plus
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
- Comfortable working in customers’ homes and active job sites
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
