Job Description
Join a dynamic, small family-owned company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of high-temperature adhesives. Work directly with the CEO to provide high-level administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities

Manage the President's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Maintain and update itineraries for internal meetings.

Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Prepare or assist with meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record minutes.
-
Ensure the President is well-prepared for all meetings with necessary notes, materials, and information.

Follow up on action items resulting from meetings.

Act as a liaison between the President and internal team members and selected external vendors or clients.

Coordinate and organize special projects as directed by the President.

Prepare correspondence to internal team and to outside clients or vendors as needed and directed.

Keep the President organized by proactively managing tasks and responsibilities.
Essential Skills
-
5+ years of executive admin experience.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel with skills in Pivot Tables, V Look Ups, and Filtering.

Experience in C Suite calendar management and scheduling.

Strong administrative support and executive support skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proficiency in Outlook and calendaring.
Work Environment
The position is located in a small family-owned company in Brooklyn near Sunset Park. You will work on the 2nd floor with the administration team, alongside departments such as AP, accounting, customer service, finance, and sales. The office is situated in a warehouse/industrial space in Brooklyn.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
