Access Elevator, a regional leader in the accessibility industry, is seeking a dynamic and creative Sales and Design Consultant to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine your passion for design with your sales expertise, as you work to create customized solutions that integrate elevators and wheelchair lifts into various residential and commercial environments. Your work will directly enhance accessibility and improve lives throughout the Buffalo - Rochester, NY and Erie, PA region.

What You'll Do:
As a Sales and Design Consultant, you’ll play a key role in Access Elevator’s success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Consultations: Meet with clients on-site to assess needs, recommend solutions, and develop tailored design concepts.
- Sales and Bids: Identify and pursue project opportunities, prepare bids, negotiate contracts, and win new business.
- Project Coordination: Oversee projects from initial consultation through installation, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
- Design Presentations: Develop and present proposals that align with client needs and industry standards.
- Industry Expertise: Stay current on accessibility technologies and trends in architectural design.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure designs meet industry regulations and safety requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a professional who combines design creativity with sales acumen. Ideal candidates will have:
- A degree in Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience as a Design Consultant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the elevator industry and accessibility solutions (preferred but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Clean license and driving history.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required).
What We Offer:
- Compensation: $40,000–$60,000 base salary with bonus opportunities.
- Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (day shift).
