We are seeking an experienced Supervisor of Field Operations to organize and oversee the security operations at our facilities. As Supervisor of Field Operations, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills, display a strong commitment to security rules, and possess strong knowledge of risks and threats to safety and security. The ideal candidate should also exhibit strong leadership and management skills. Our main goal is to establish and preserve an environment in which staff and visitors are safe and well-protected.
Duties & Responsibilities
- 2 year contract is a requirement.
- Manage security agents in sites and events
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
- Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific school events during, and after, school hours
- Coordinate with staff when responding to emergencies, drills, and alarms
- Investigate and resolve operational and disciplinary matters
- Assemble and draft reports for management
Skills & Background
- Proven experience as a security supervisor or a similar position
- Experience in emergency response planning, drafting and reporting
- Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Committed; strong work ethic
- Flexibility of hours and location
- Desire for growth (our security supervisors will be enrolled in our leadership academy for career advancement)
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years experience as a security supervisor/manager
- Military or Law Enforcement background preferable
