One Fair Wage is a national organization working to end all subminimum wages in the United States and raise wages and working conditions for all service workers. We advance worker-led campaigns that mobilize low-wage workers—particularly women, people of color, and immigrants—to demand policy change, build worker power, and shift public narratives through grassroots organizing, digital advocacy, and political action.
We are rapidly scaling our work in response to a growing movement for wage justice, and we’re seeking passionate, mission-driven individuals to join our team.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, campaign-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Preferred:
