Sales Receptionist
Dennis & Co. is a rapidly growing automotive group in New York and New Jersey looking for a full-time receptionist to work with our sales department at our Eastchester Jeep Dodge Ram location. We are looking for a team player who is eager to work in a pleasant, engaging, and outgoing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and communicate with new and existing customers
- Create a positive atmosphere and act as the first point of contact for people entering the dealership
- Field phone calls and email correspondence, relaying information to the correct departments and assisting in a timely manner
- Answer general questions or inquiries as needed, contact appropriate department for assistance
- Maintain open and transparent communication with team members and management
- Other tasks as assigned

- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Maintain professional appearance and able to stick to a schedule
