Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Cedar Park Med is recruiting LPNs for a variety of med/surg, ED, and Peds Behavior units.
Unit placement will be discussed with traveler based on previous experience.

***Hiring for both local and traveler positions! Only candidates outside a 50-mile radius qualify for traveler roles. Rates vary based on experience and whether the position is local or traveler. Apply today!***

Shift info: Night shifts, 12hr shifts. Will be required to work every other weekend and some holidays.

Requirements:

• Must be able to place IAV's and perform phlebotomy.
• Current New York State license; able to be certified/re-certified in CPR.
• Peds experience preferred, psych experience is required for Peds Behavior unit
• Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience required.
• Peds ED experience required for Peds unit.
• Prior experience in an inpatient setting preferred.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Demonstrates effective interpersonal communication skills with patients, family members and other members of the health care team
