Summary:

MidHudson Regional Hospital, a part of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth), is seeking a physiatrist to serve as Associate Medical Director of an 18-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation unit in Poughkeepsie, NY. The Associate Medical Director will be part of an academic, multi-specialty group practice comprised of over 300 board certified hospital and office-based specialists throughout the region. Academic appointment will be in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, New York Medical College. This is a hospital-based position with comprehensive benefits and malpractice. Clinical practice will be approximately 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be board certified or board eligible in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
• Experience in general inpatient rehabilitation and/or neurorehabilitation is preferred.
