- Building Surveys, Roofing Systems, Building Envelopes
- Facades, Preservation
- Evaluate and assess current building structures
- Civil Engineering degree with PE
- Building design
- AutoCAD skills
- Recommend upgrades and weatherproofing
- Client interaction skills
