Position Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Duties/Responsibilities:

1. New patient intake and orientation
2. Conduct initial assessments of patient problems and needs, reporting to the clinical team to initiate treatment planning
3. Conduct individual therapy sessions
4. Facilitate group sessions with patients
5. Address patients' concerns and help prevent AMA (Against Medical Advice) discharges
6. Provide case management services
7. Offer tours for prospective patients and their families upon request
8. Document all interactions in the patient medical records

Licensed Clinical Social Worker Requirements:

• Must hold LPC or LCSW license
• Active and clean mental health license or certification
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience conducting group therapy sessions
• Flexibility and willingness to learn are valued attributes

Schedule:

• Remote work environment
• 20-40 hours per week

Compensation:

• 1099 contract position
