Overview
Were looking for reliable, detailoriented people to join a short, projectbased engagement as part of our operations team. In your role as Mobile App Support, youll assist our core team in establishing a presence on new mobile apps by completing straightforward account setup, verification, and light onboarding tasks. This is flexible you can do from home with a modern smartphone and a stable internet connection. No prior experience is requiredclear stepbystep checklists guide each task from start to finish.
The Project
Youll follow a simple playbook to create user profiles and complete basic verification steps within a designated mobile application. Tasks may include downloading an app, registering with an email address or phone number, confirming a onetime passcode (OTP), and toggling initial settings so the account is ready for our team. Once you complete the setup and submit a quick confirmation, the core team takes over. Most tasks can be completed in under 2030 minutes, and assignments are spread out over a few weeks to keep the time commitment manageable.
What Youll Do
- Follow a checklist to download, register, and verify accounts on specified mobile apps.
- Accurately capture screenshots or short screen recordings (when asked) to confirm each step was completed.
- Keep your device and app settings consistent with the instructions provided.
- Communicate promptly in our shared channel if you have questions or encounter a roadblock.
- Submit quick status updates at each milestone so we can review and release payments on time.

Location
This is a opportunity open to qualified candidates across the U.S. If you are located in Norwalk, CA, thats a plus but not required.
