SAP Security Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Application Security Analyst to support SAP security, GRC, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) within a complex enterprise environment. This role is responsible for managing user access, maintaining compliance controls, resolving security issues, and supporting the broader security architecture across various SAP applications and IAM tools such as Saviynt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day SAP security support, role provisioning, and issue resolution using IDAM tools.
• Support and troubleshoot enterprise IAM solutions (e.g., Saviynt), including administration, monitoring, and policy enforcement.
• Implement and maintain SAP GRC controls, including SoD (Segregation of Duties) compliance and access reviews.
• Collaborate with SAP BASIS, middleware, infrastructure, and functional teams on upgrades, patches, and system-wide updates.
• Manage support tickets and change requests via ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security frameworks, and audit requirements.
• Identify and escalate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution within SLA targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Security, GRC, and Identity & Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (S/4HANA preferred), GRC AC 10.1+, and IAM platforms (e.g., Saviynt).
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong knowledge of SAP security in key functional areas such as Finance, Materials Management (MM), and ISU Billing.
• Experience in implementing and supporting audit and compliance requirements in SAP environments.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and functional teams.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.50 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
