Description:
- Join our team in the Bronx, NY, as a full-time Sociotherapist within a foster care program.
- This role involves working onsite with children and families, providing support and ensuring the stability of foster placements.
- Conduct weekly home visits.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills and experience with children with special needs.
Requirements:
- Work effectively with teens or children with special needs.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Knowledge of the Foster Care/Adoption field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Driver's License required
- Bachelor's degree required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is helpful.
