Pharmacy Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, compliance standards, and the PhRMA Code, consistently meeting all right-to-operate requirements.
- Navigate the evolving healthcare landscape by applying strategic thinking and a deep understanding of payer systems, health systems, and business dynamics to effectively engage customers and improve patient outcomes.
- Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive business expansion within the assigned territory.
- Leverage business tools, such as CRM systems and other analytics platforms, to make informed decisions about time and resource allocation.
- Use insights into the market and reimbursement environment to effectively prioritize customer engagement and sales opportunities.
- Apply SWOT analysis to assess and rank opportunities, aligning tactics with strategic goals.
- Develop and execute detailed, quarterly territory and customer action plans that consider all available resources.
- Build strong expertise in relevant disease areas, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to better serve healthcare providers and their patients.
- Operate independently within your designated territory while collaborating with team members to align on shared goals and maximize performance.
- Cultivate partnerships through clear communication and mutual expectations.
- Consistently meet or exceed territory sales goals and contribute to overall business growth.

Basic Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
- MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE/MODE OF TRANSPORTATION.
Additional Preferences
- 1 or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) following the completion of undergraduate degree
- 1-3 or more years of work experience following the completion of undergraduate degree, OR Graduate degree - Masters, MBA, PharmD
- Experience with dermatology/rheumatology/pain management/gastroenterology/podiatry practice
- Strong background in navigating complex accounts within integrated health systems
- Extensive experience or thorough understanding of specialty pharmacy distribution model
- Bilingual skills as aligned with territory and customer needs
- Demonstrated business insight
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
