Field Sales AE I

What You Will Do
· Lead and drive the sales process with existing clients, focusing on enhancing relationships to expand beyond products and transactional services into more strategic partnering and multi-engagement sales, including opening new functional buying centers at up to 20 accounts.
· Achieve $6M in total sales bookings revenue within the first 12 months of account assignment.
· Apply industry-specific experience and stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to support the development of sales strategies that align with client needs and position Insight as a valuable partner in achieving client business goals.
· Develop and implement sales plans to meet sales targets, demonstrating success in driving revenue growth and establishing client relationships based on trust and value.
· Support the client engagement process as a key point of contact, offering guidance and expertise to ensure clients derive value from our solutions and services for a positive client experience.
· Embrace a client-centric approach in interactions, prioritizing client needs and objectives to tailor solutions that address their immediate requirements and lay the groundwork for future partnerships.
· Participate in collaborative efforts with internal teams and technology partners to deliver solutions that address client needs and challenges, providing value and exceeding client expectations.
· Familiarize yourself with and effectively use our technology tools, such as CRM systems, to manage the sales process, streamline engagement with clients, and support relationship building efforts.
· Seek opportunities to learn and grow within the role, contributing to team success by supporting peer Sales Account Executives, fostering a positive team environment, and modeling best practices for sales success.
· Uphold Insight's core values of hunger, heart, and harmony in all client interactions, demonstrating integrity, trustworthiness, and commitment to being a reliable and strategic partner in client relationships.
What You Need
• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or Computer Science, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of technical sales experience with a successful track record in selling technology products, services and solutions.
• Foundational understanding and sales experience within a specific Insight-focus industry vertical
• Grow sales revenue and profitability through introducing and leveraging existing client relationships at the Director level and above in client’s Technology function into Insight
• Sales or Technical acumen in one of Insight’s Solution Lines: Devices; Infrastructure; Microsoft; Google; ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of company products and services, professional training and certifications in sales, partner management, sales methodologies, marketing tactics, negotiation, and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, knowledge in channel management and solution sales.
• Creativity and aggressiveness in creating new client stakeholders including marketing efforts and in-office drop offs.
• Experience in acquiring net new business, expanding existing account relationships, and handling reports, proposals, statements of work, and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders.
