Professional Interior Contracting (PIC)

Long Island City, NY

Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Professional Interior Construction & Millwork (PIC) is a full-service construction and millwork company specializing in high-end residential renovations, custom cabinetry, and construction management throughout the New York tri-state area. We are seeking a dependable, organized Bookkeeper to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small business environment where they can take ownership of day-to-day accounting responsibilities while

supporting office operations.

Pay & Benefits

• $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
• 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and

supporting daily office operations, including:

• Process customer invoices and billing
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Record and reconcile financial transactions
• Maintain organized bookkeeping records
• Communicate with clients by phone and email regarding invoices, payments, and account
• questions
• Assist with vendor communications and invoice processing
• Order material samples and office supplies as needed
• Monitor and maintain inventory of material samples
• Track inventory levels and reorder supplies when necessary
• Support general administrative and office duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Proficiency with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop preferred)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and email
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
