Universal Direct Banker

: Job Summary and Opportunity: We provide the financial advisor community with compelling products and services to compliment and enhance their business/mission. Working through a business to business distribution channel, we promote, educate, empower and incentivize our partners to leverage their relationship capital delivering new client relationships. In aggregate, these business clusters deliver significant client portfolios that are consistent with the Bank's overall strategy. Responsibilities:

• Answer high volume of calls, emails and live chats
• Investigate and clarify customer requests, research and explore alternative solutions to ensure a successful resolution, appropriately close and disposition interactions
• Maintain or exceed established standards for customer service, and resolve issues; escalate complex issues as necessary
• Gain deep knowledge and expertise within the banking industry, understand and apply appropriate procedures and regulations while maintaining complete confidentiality.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective customers, in person and over the phone, upsell and cross-sell when appropriate
• Suggest and Pioneer new processes and resources to make support workflows more efficient
• Regular and punctual attendance is an absolute requirement

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months' retail banking and/or call center
• Punctual, with outstanding work ethics
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• Excellent written communicator
• Possess excellent keyboard skills and etiquette
• Quickly and accurately perform multiple tasks
• Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
• Exceptional listening, questioning and call control techniques
• Maintain customer confidentiality
• Sound and thorough knowledge related to products and services
• Ability to work in a high volume work center
