Compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 Annual Salary

Position Description of the Limited License Physician :

We are seeking a Limited License Physician (Article 28) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) New York. We are looking for a dedicated Limited License Physician for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) New York. This is a full-time or part , in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm.

Qualifications of the Limited License Physician :

• Hold a Limited License (Article 28) to practice medicine in New York State
• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Board eligible or board certified in a relevant specialty
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Experience or ability to work in a skilled nursing facility setting

Responsibilities of the Limited License Physician :

• Provide comprehensive medical care and oversight for skilled nursing facility residents
• Conduct patient assessments, make diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Ensure adherence to state and federal healthcare regulations
