Soni is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily financial operations within its organization. This role is essential in ensuring accurate transaction processing, maintaining organized financial records, and aligning departmental activities with budget expectations. The position works closely with internal teams as well as an external accounting partner to ensure smooth and compliant financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, vendor setup, and tracking collections
• Maintain accurate financial records, including proper expense categorization and documentation
• Assist with cash flow tracking and contribute to basic financial forecasting
• Oversee internal distributions such as transit or employee benefit cards and reconcile usage
• Monitor employee expense submissions and corporate card transactions, ensuring proper approvals and compliance
• Support budget tracking and reporting processes, including participation in internal meetings
• Prepare and organize documentation required for audits and compliance checks
• Assist with financial inquiries and provide support during review processes

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Professional approach with a commitment to confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with tools such as Sage Intacct, Bill.com, or similar platforms
