SPANISH SPEAKING COORDINATOR (Full-Time)
Location: Brooklyn, NY 11229
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Coordinator to join our team at our Brooklyn office. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate, patient-focused approach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating care and maintaining consistent communication with patients, family members, and aides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient services and staffing assignments
- Maintain ongoing communication with patients, families, and aides
- Ensure all care arrangements are handled efficiently and with sensitivity
- Monitor and support patient needs to ensure safety and satisfaction
- Handle scheduling and updates in a timely and organized manner
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in a coordination or healthcare-related role is required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
