Mental Health Therapist - Remote

What You'll Do:

Deliver evidence-based mental health treatment to a diverse range of clients through telehealth (video and phone sessions).

Conduct intakes, individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy (when applicable).

Provide mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services tailored to each client's unique needs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and professional guidelines.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individualized treatment plans and patient recovery goals.

What You Need to Apply:

Active LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in the state of New York.

At least one year of psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment methods.

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and treatment planning.

Reliable access to a computer, webcam, stable internet connection, and a private, quiet space for telehealth sessions.

Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

Earning potential up to $91,000 (Base salary is based on experience and licensure level).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese (a plus but not required).
