ResponsibilitiesCustomer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
Service Requests: Process policy changes, claims, billing inquiries, and service requests efficiently.
Problem Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and enhance satisfaction.
Policy Management: Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with all customer service regulations and company processes.
Customer Retention: Utilize persuasion and negotiation skills to maintain customer relationships and ensure retention.
Team Engagement: Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and dynamic work environment.
RequirementsEducational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly within the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently while being customer-centric.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital communication tools.
Flexibility: Adaptability to work in a hybrid setting combining both remote and in-office work in Rochester, NY.
