Coach Sr. Manager, Fixture
- Support the brand with the development of new fixtures and VM props
- Have a keen interest in furniture and retail design, especially with other retails.
- Work with procurement teams to go out to suppliers for pricing, answering RFI's and providing further details for pricing clarity
- Review shop drawings, finish samples, and prototypes; Ensure feedback is given in accordance to timelines provided
- Maintain finish & fixture library;. Ensure millwork documentation is current and available to cross-functional teams
- Develop detailed millwork design drawings
- Actively participate in and produce presentations for weekly design meetings
- Expert knowledge of millwork level detailing and materials
- Strong design and 3D presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as flexibility/adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with condensed timelines
- Ability to set priorities with strong initiative
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, SketchUp Layout, Adobe Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), and proficient in AutoCAD, and Excel
- Professional degree in Architecture, Industrial Design or similar
- 6+ years relevant experience in millwork design, retail store design, architecture or construction
