Service Plumbing | Helper

The Service Plumbing Helper will service technicians on a variety of residential and commercial jobs. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn the plumbing trade, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build a career in a modern service industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools, technologies, and customer service practices while supporting our technicians to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with excellence. Key Responsibilities * Assist technicians with service, repair, and installation of plumbing systems. * Safely transport and set up tools, equipment, and materials at job sites. * Support with basic tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling pipes and fittings. * Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times. * Learn and follow company processes, safety standards, and core values. * Provide outstanding customer service through professionalism, courtesy, and communication. * Use mobile technology (such as service apps/CRM tools) to document work and support the team. * Stay open to coaching, training, and growth opportunities in the trade. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. * Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions (indoor/outdoor, crawl spaces, etc.). * Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Prior construction, mechanical, or plumbing experience a plus.
