About the Role:

We’re hiring a Founding AI Engineer to architect the core intelligence of Tickitin.
This is NOT a contractor role.
This is co-builder, high-upside equity, zero bureaucracy, frontier AI product creation.

You will own the systems that make Tickitin the most intelligent live-experience platform in the world.

You will build and own:

1. AI Matching Engine
   Pairs users based on interests, behavior, compatibility, availability, seat preferences, and social signals.

2. Experiential AI Concierge
   An AI that builds the entire trip:
   • Flights
   • Hotels
   • Seats
   • Event choices
   • Restaurants
   • Plan-sharing into group chats
   Even without direct integrations, the agent creates shareable bookable flows.

3. Split-Pay & Group Flow Intelligence
   Real-time reasoning around:
   • Who paid
   • Seat proximity
   • Group dynamics
   • Backup options
   • Price sensitivity
   • Discovery with friends

4. AI Tools for Venues & Partners
   Prediction, demand heat mapping, dynamic insights, and pricing guidance for independent venues, promoters, colleges, sports teams, and hospitality groups.

You will shape the AI roadmap, architecture, and product direction with complete ownership.

Qualifications (Flexible)
• Strong experience with LLMs, agents, vector databases, embeddings
• Experience fine-tuning, training, or building inference-heavy systems
• Comfort building from 0 → 1
• Able to design and ship features fast
• Comfortable working with ambiguity
• Lives for high-ownership roles
• Startup or entrepreneurial background is a plus
• Product instincts > resume bullet points

If you’ve built anything cool in AI, that matters more than your degree or previous title.

Compensation

Equity Only (0.5% – 2.0%) depending on experience, leadership, and time commitment.
This is a founding-level role with meaningful upside.

No salary pre-funding.
