We are currently hiring Line Cooks for multiple restaurant and hotel clients throughout New York City and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for cooks who enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in food quality, and are looking for consistent work with reputable hospitality employers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies

• Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency

• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures

• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout shifts

• Assist with food prep, inventory, and kitchen closing duties

• Work efficiently during busy service periods

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and food quality

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Food Handler Certification (preferred, if applicable)
