RN - Vent Unit Supervisor
Location: Oneida, NY
We're seeking an experienced RN - Vent Unit Supervisor for a 13-week contract to start ASAP. This role provides clinical oversight and leadership for a ventilator unit during night shifts in a hospital setting.
Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Pay Rate: $69-$74/hr
- Schedule: Nights | 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff on the ventilator unit
- Provide direct patient care as needed in a high-acuity environment
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and policies
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
