Job Type: Full-Time / Contract-to-Hire

Work Location: On-site (local job sites)

Schedule: Monday–Friday or Tuesday-Saturday , Day Shift (overtime as needed)

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in learning the electrical trade and building a long-term career. The apprentice will work under the supervision of licensed electricians and receive hands-on training in electrical installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Pull wire, bend conduit, and install electrical components
• Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
• Follow all safety procedures and job site rules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support basic troubleshooting tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• Strong interest in learning the electrical trade
• Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders
• Basic hand tool experience or willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Positive attitude and ability to take direction

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must be able to pass a BGC
• Must have reliable transportation you are required to meet at all sites

Previous experience in electrical, construction, warehouse, or mechanical work is a plus, but not required.

Training

• On-the-job, hands-on training provided
• Paid training period

• Physically active role involving standing, lifting, climbing, and tool use

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albany, NY.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Albany,NY.
