- Passion for cuisine, beverage, and culture
- Strong desire to work within a team-oriented company
- Desire to create an elegant yet approachable experience for all guests
- Personable, professional and positive
- Responsible and self-motivated
- Possess 5 years of experience in fine-dining service environments
- Strong beverage knowledge of classic cocktails and most common varietals used in Italy, France and U.S are a plus
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Able to lift 30+ pounds
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Must have basic math skills
- Maintain friendly, helpful and positive attitude at all times
- Polished personal presentation
- Communicates information effectively and efficiently
- Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal direction
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
- Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions
- Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure, maintains professionalism when working under stress
