Chef
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Prepare and execute menu items according to company standards
- Develop and update menus, including seasonal and specialty dishes
- Maintain high standards for food quality, taste, and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Monitor inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, pricing, and menu planning
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
- Ensure proper portioning, plating, and consistency across all dishes
- Handle high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Culinary degree preferred but not required
