- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets (e.g., customer records, financial information, inventory).
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality across all systems.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with general warehouse duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
