Job Title : Senior IT Project Manager (Healthcare EMR, Data Warehouse, COTS, PMP)

Location : Albany, NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing project execution and control, including managing budgets, Microsoft Project schedules, scope, requirements, status reporting, communication plans, and adherence to quality standards.
• Extensive experience as a Lead Project Manager applying the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), encompassing planning, analysis, design and development, implementation, testing, and production release for new software implementations.
• Demonstrated expertise managing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) healthcare projects involving data subject to HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) compliance.
• Hands-on experience providing technical support, including version upgrades, installations, configurations, custom development, incident triage/troubleshooting, and testing, with strong knowledge of traceability matrix concepts.
• Strong background managing Data Warehouse application development projects, including report generation and application integration.
• Experience leading application development projects incorporating Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products.
• Skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects across diverse platforms, including infrastructure, data warehouse, and application development initiatives.
• Experience gathering and defining server and database requirements for multiple environments in support of project objectives.
• Proficient in managing Project Management functions within ServiceNow Project Management Software, including updating and maintaining project records (start/end dates, estimates, cost plans, change requests, milestones, and status reports).
• Project Management experience leading initiatives with direct stakeholder engagement at the state government director level and above.
• Experience managing multi-agency projects involving coordination between more than one state agency.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute (PMI).
