Your New Role

As a Lead HVAC Installer, based in Manhattan and the NYC Boroughs, you’ll take charge of:

• Installing and diagnosing HVAC systems (central AC, ductless mini splits, VRF, and heating systems)

• Ensuring all work complies with safety codes and regulations

• Delivering an excellent customer experience through communication and professionalism

• Mentoring junior techs and leading projects on-site

• Managing job documentation through ServiceTitan

• Participating in on-call rotations for emergency service needs

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation and diagnostic experience

• Advanced troubleshooting skills across various systems (VRF, split, central)

• Universal EPA Certification

• OSHA 30, SST, F60/G60 (or willingness to obtain)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
