Located in the heart of New Paltz, NY, we are looking for passionate, reliable, and customer-focused Budtenders who want to grow within the legal cannabis industry while helping create a welcoming and knowledgeable environment for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate customers on cannabis products, strains, effects, and consumption methods
• Help customers find products that fit their needs and experience level
• Verify customer IDs and maintain NYS compliance standards
• Accurately handle cash and POS transactions
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floors
• Follow all security and compliance procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive dispensary experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Retail or cash handling experience preferred
• Cannabis knowledge is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right person
• Must be 21+ years old per NYS regulations
• Must be able to work in person in New Paltz, NY
