Senior Facilities Manager – East Coast Portfolio (NYC Based - onsite)
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations for our premier East Coast portfolio. In this role, you’ll oversee 3 facilities in New York, manage a high-performing team of 4, and build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional workplace and event experiences.

Lead facility operations, maintenance, safety, and event support across multiple locations
Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, your team, and key stakeholders
Develop and execute strategies to optimize performance, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement
Manage and mentor a diverse team, ensuring high service standards and operational excellence
Oversee budgets, capital planning, vendor performance, and regulatory/JLL compliance
Leverage data, technology, and CMMS tools to enhance efficiency, reporting, and sustainability efforts
Conduct routine property and process assessments to identify improvements
Act as the regional escalation point and key client liaison
Support long- and short-term operational initiatives, projects, and portfolio planning
Who will be successful in this role?
Required:
10+ years of facilities/property management experience across multiple sites
Extensive people management experience with a proven track record of leading, developing, and supporting high-performing teams across multiple sites and functions
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, telecom, etc.)
Proven experience in FM operations, event support, vendor management, and lease/expense oversight
Demonstrated success in relationship building with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders
Skilled in budgeting, data analysis, and CMMS systems
Proficiency in Microsoft & Google Suite
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree
Class A building experience
Events management background
Pay $130,000 - 150,000 with a 20% targeted bonus of the annual salary
Schedule: Monday–Friday; flexibility required based on operational needs; 24/7 on-call for emergencies
Estimated compensation for this position:
130,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
