As a CNC Machinist, you'll be at the heart of our operations, setting up and operating CNC machines to create custom optics used in vital sectors like commercial, defense, and space applications. Your attention to detail and expertise will directly impact the quality of our products!

Your Mission:

• Master the art of high-precision machining to create exceptional optical components.
• Set up, inspect, and maintain CNC machines, ensuring every piece meets our rigorous standards.
• Decode complex blueprints and technical specifications like a pro!
• Keep meticulous logs of production processes and troubleshoot issues with flair.
• Collaborate with our fantastic team to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Create a clean and organized workspace that contributes to safety and success.
• Be ready to wear many hats and assist in various manufacturing tasks as needed!

Requirements

• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in every task.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential.
• Ability to lift 20-40 pounds; we believe in teamwork!
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• CNC certification or completion of a CNC Trade School is highly desired.
• CNC programing a must (1–2-year min experience)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident; we deal in controlled information.
• Must be fluent in the English Language
• All candidates will need to complete a basic skills assessment—show us what you've got!
