Personal Assistant to CEO | New York, NY Hybrid (SoHo and your home office) We are seeking a highly professional, assertive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to support a Fin-Tech CEO in their busy, dynamic life. This is a unique opportunity for someone with experience in executive personal assistance, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. The role involves managing the CEO's personal life across multiple locations. You will be based in New York City handling everything from daily scheduling to high-profile events. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, resourceful, and impeccably organized individual, capable of managing multiple tasks independently and with minimal supervision. This role will require travel and sometimes at the last minute Responsibilities Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, including meetings, social functions, family engagements Plan, book, and manage CEO's travel with strong attention to detail Coordinate events, dinners, and outings, ensuring that details are flawless and the CEO is always prepared Work closely with the Executive Assistant and Finance/Legal Manager to ensure alignment on priorities and communication Help the CEO prepare for events and other occasions managing wardrobe, dry cleaning and other personal errands G-Suite & Tech Savvy: Manage schedules and documents via Google Calendar and G-Suite; proficient with PC and Android platforms Help arrange family time and activities Act as the gatekeeper to ensure privacy and security, helping manage interruptions during conferences, events, and public appearances. Qualities Assertive and proactive to manage the CEO's calendar, workflow, and will intervene as necessary to keep him on track A keen eye for detail and the ability to keep everything running smoothly with minimal supervision Strong communication and collaborative skills High Emotional Intelligence. Understands and adjusts to the CEO's personality and needs Self-Sufficient and Resourceful. Must have developed a network of trusted services (concierge, troubleshooting, etc.) and know how to navigate complex situations with ease Comfortable working with some ambiguity and navigating high-pressure situations Ability to travel last-minute, domestically and internationally, often at short notice. Some travel will require accompanying the CEO Strong sense of style and the ability to maintain the highest level of discretion Requirements Previous experience in a similar Executive Personal Assistant role is a must. Experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or executives is preferred Excellent verifiable references Skilled in using Google Suite and proficient in basic technology systems (PC, Android, iPhone) Experience booking complicated travel for an executive/principal Must already be based in NYC, with an intimate knowledge of the city Willing to work a hybrid schedule (2 days in-person in SoHo, 3 days remote) with flexibility for last-minute travel and adjustments Maintain a polished and professional appearance Must have a valid passport, and a driver's license is preferred, though not mandatory Low social media presence as privacy is paramount Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $185,000 or more, based on experience Benefits include an annual discretionary bonus, medical, dental, vision, PTO, sick days, holidays, 401(k), and potential OMNY card Private accommodation is provided in Miami and for any travel needs, as well as a work car if needed NDA: A non-disclosure agreement is required #indmps
