And MUCH, MUCH More! Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Permanent Traveling Electrical Foreman to join our team in the Construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenge, has a passion for electrical work, and enjoys traveling. As an Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians to ensure the successful completion of large-scale industrial jobs and data center projects. This role requires extensive travel, with up to 75% of your time spent on the road. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Traveling Electrical Foreman, your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Leading and supervising a team of electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in various locations.
2. Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety standards, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and 70E.
3. Troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing effective solutions.
4. Managing and executing terminations, relay operations, and PLC's.
5. Handling medium to high voltage equipment and motor controls.
6. Creating a culture of kindness and respect on the job, fostering a positive working environment.
7. Coaching team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
8. Working up to 20 hours of paid overtime per week to ensure project deadlines are met. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Traveling Electrical Foreman position should possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical field, with at least 2 years as an Electrical Foreman on data center or large-scale industrial jobs.
2. Proficiency in PLC's, relays, terminations, troubleshooting, medium voltage, high voltage, and motor controls.
3. Certified in OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and 70E.
4. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
7. Approachable, coachable, and friendly personality.
8. Proven ability to create a culture of kindness and respect.
9. Willingness to work up to 20 hours of paid overtime per week.
