FULL-TIME OPEN CALL — FRONT OF HOUSE
Saverne | 531 W 34th St, Hudson Yards
Open Call Dates: Friday, June 19th from10am to 2pm and Monday, June 22nd 12pm to 4pm
Saverne is a wood-fired modern brasserie from Gabriel Kreuther, the acclaimed chef behind the two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Bryant Park. Located at The Spiral in Hudson Yards, Saverne brings together refined hospitality, seasonal ingredients, and polished yet approachable dining experiences.
We are currently looking for experienced, hospitality-driven professionals to join our Front-of-House team in the following full-time positions:
• Hosts
• Servers
• Bartenders
• Barbacks
• Server Assistants
Please note: these are full-time positions only. We are not hiring for part-time availability at this time.
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in fine dining and high-volume restaurant environments. Ideal candidates are polished, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering elevated guest experiences with consistency and professionalism.

Responsibilities Include:
• Delivering attentive, knowledgeable, and polished guest service
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and service standards
• Supporting overall team operations and service flow
• Upholding Saverne’s standards of hospitality and professionalism
