AI Solution Partner (Remote-EST or CST)
About Our Client
Our client is an AI solutions company helping enterprises adopt AI by either building custom AI systems that leverage their organizational knowledge or by providing experienced AI engineers who can build and deploy AI products alongside their teams. Focused on the CPG and Retail sectors, they partner with Fortune 500 organizations to design and implement scalable AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $250k
- Plus Equity and Commissions
Key Requirements
AI & Solution Architecture Expertise
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise AI, machine learning, data, or cloud solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field required.
- Strong understanding of LLM applications, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and AI deployment patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, integrations, data platforms, and enterprise architecture.
- Ability to create solution architectures, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams.
Client-Facing Consulting Experience
- Proven experience leading technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients.
- Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
- Comfortable engaging executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Strong workshop facilitation and requirements-gathering skills.
Pre-Sales & Proposal Development
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Technical Advisor.
- Ability to scope projects, estimate effort, define assumptions, and develop delivery roadmaps.
- Experience creating technical proposals, statements of work, and solution presentations.
- Strong understanding of balancing technical requirements, delivery timelines, cost, and risk.
Communication & Business Acumen
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong presentation and executive-facing communication skills.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to align technical solutions to business outcomes.
