Marketplace Analytics Associate

Marketplace Analytics Associate - Conduct statistical & data analysis to evaluate market performance, bonus pricing effectiveness & worker engagement patterns; develop & refine quantitative models for worker performance; analyze large datasets to identify operational issues; apply programming & data processing skills relating to performance metrics & reporting dashboards. Reqs: Bach's deg in comp sci, analytics, or closely reltd field, + min. 2 yrs of exp. w/performance metrics analytics, incl at least 1 yr exp. using Python, SQL, Google Big Query, C/C++, GitHub, nat. language processing tools (e.g., NLTK, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn) & internal software tooling & automation on AWS or PythonAnywhere platform.
